Hello again!
Well it seems that I run into so many interesting articles about Facebook that it is hard to keep up with it all.
While a large part of our FB topics in class have been centered around personal branding on FB I would like to shift our focus to FB Fan Pages. I will be talking more about this in class, but in the meantime, I really like this nice tip sheet for managing a company Fan Page.

What do you think?

Hi Jeannette,
It's interesting that "Top 10 biggest mistakes you make on Facebook pages."
I agree with most of the mistakes.
Actually, I'm not addicted to engaging in FB, but
I know most of them are likely to be a big mistake.
In my opinion, posting too many times a day on FB
makes me bored, so I skip to check the postings which
someone does many times per day.
Also, posting one type of contents makes me bored.
One of my friends always posts pictures and something
about cars,, only this topic every time. I know his
mind.. But some of his friends cannot be interested in
cars I think, so sometimes he should change his subject
which he want to share with his friends because it's
going to be funner.
I know don't delete negative comments. Even if
something is a definitely negative comment, you should
listen to it as one of idea. Maturing as a person and
cooling down are better for you if you want to survive
in a complicated human society I think.
But all people have their own opinions, so those depend
on you.
Thanks,
Ken.
Hi Jeanette,
I think that a lot of mistakes from the article can for sure be avoided (For me the most pertinent is the "post frequency", since a lot of people post to much on FB).
However I also think that it can sometimes be difficult to manage a fan page since even if you should answer to the fan page, you can't answer and see always all the posts. That's why I think it's also important when handling a fan page to post on the fan page questions and also give a report of the answer on the "Wall".
Hello!
This article is a good reminder of the many basics to managing a fan page. It sounds like there's a balance between too many posts vs. not enough. Also, the content must remain relevant and it's very important to use several mediums including video, photos and text to keep it engaging.
I invite everyone to follow my work fan page Palm Desert Visitor Center, especially if you're interested in fun content about a great place to visit!

Hi Jeannette,
It’s interesting that the biggest mistakes you make on
Facebook pages. I agree with some of them.
Posting too many time a day on FB makes me bored
sometimes. 1 or 2 posts per day is enough for me.
We should not delete negative comments even if you
get an irritated comment from your follower.
We have to cool down and mature as a person to
survive a complicated modern society. When you get
any negative comment, you should just pretend to
receive it and behave naturally like nothing happened.
I think it’s a good way.
One of my friends always posts one type of contents on
FB every time. He likes the topic very much. I know his
mind. However, he should not be able to say all of his
friends on FB like the topic, so sometimes he should
change his topic to share his life with his friends. If he
does so, his relationship with his friends is going to
proceed smoothly.
Although I commented in various ways, at heart these
depend on you I think. I don’t care about these.
Thanks,
KEN.
Hi,jeanette
well,i notice that tabs is a very inportant thing to the facebook fan page of the company cause it makes the fans easily to search the key words of the content in your fan page.
Another important thing of the fan page is that the communiaction with the fans. Most of the mistakes that mentioned in the article is about the attitude with your fans.we should be polite and respectful to them. The people who run the fan page should be active to check the comments and responds them. This will make the fan feel that they are paid attention by the company.
ha,i tried this.and i think if we force on FB fan pages,we will have less time to learn other things.anyway,it's still very interesting.
what's more,i don't know if i made some mistakes about this.
now,i can receive emails from a people work on this website, and told me how to arise my fans.
it's really cool.isn't it?
Hello Jeanette,
I read your article carefully, actually i have seen many mistakes in some company's Facebook.
For example, one cosmetic company are using of Facebook by means of the marketing strategy. But they post too many times a day about their products. It makes consumer be confused due to huge information.
In addition to, Marketers don't pay attention to the consumer opinion. They delete writings when someone reply negative opinion on Facebook. In the area of cosmetics, Word-of-mouth is very important factor to increasing their profit.!!
If they follow this article very well, i think, it really helped boost overall sales.
Thank you :)
Hi Jeanette!
I think that people who own Facebook pages should manage them more often. It's a really good asset as we all know millions of people are on Facebook! For companies or persons working with customers world widely it's a good way to keep in touch with them whenever they want. I think that what they should take advantage of and focus more on is the fact that they can interact with their fans, and that's what those are looking for!
This article is full of good advices on managing a Facebook company page and everyone should look at it carefully. :)
